By renting from Seth Rentals, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
All items remain the property of Seth Rentals at all times. You are renting, not purchasing. Items must be used responsibly and returned in the same condition (normal wear and tear excepted).
Minimum rental periods are as specified per package (2–3 months). Early termination requires 15 days written notice. No refund is issued for the current month on early exit.
Normal wear is expected. Intentional damage, misuse, or item loss will be charged at replacement cost. We conduct a condition check at delivery and pickup.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
We believe in fair and completely transparent refunds. Here's exactly what to expect — no surprises.
Cancel before we dispatch your items and receive a full refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
If we deliver a defective item and cannot replace it within 48 hours, you receive a prorated refund for the unused days of that item's rent.
